General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the heritage-thebook.com website by Dorelia Ngomba, a sole proprietor, SIRET 899 800 718 00012.
Article 1 — Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of consultation by the buyer. Product photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractual.
Article 2 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Dorelia Ngomba reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Delivery costs are indicated separately during the order process.
Article 3 — Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer. Dorelia Ngomba reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of availability or payment issues.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during the order. Payment is secured by Shopify Payments.
Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are shipped to mainland France. Delivery times and costs are indicated on the Delivery page. Dorelia Ngomba cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
Article 7 — Liability
Dorelia Ngomba cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the concluded contract in the event of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport and/or communications.
Article 8 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. You can contact Dorelia Ngomba at: contact.heritage.thebook@gmail.com. In case of failure, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
