General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the heritage-thebook.com website by Dorelia Ngomba, sole proprietorship, SIRET 899 800 718 00012.
Article 1 — Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of consultation by the buyer.
Article 2 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are indicated separately during the order process.
Article 3 — Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer.
Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered during the order process, secured by Shopify Payments.
Article 5 — Delivery
Orders are shipped within mainland France. Delivery times and costs are indicated on the Delivery page.
Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
