Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.
Return conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- In its original, unused, and unfilled condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the order form
Return procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at contact.heritage.thebook@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the payment method used during the order.
Defective products
In case of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return costs and proceed with a replacement or full refund. Contact us at contact.heritage.thebook@gmail.com with a photo of the received product.
