Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
• Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be refunded.

Return Procedure

• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Your contact details

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as used for the original order.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at contact.heritage.thebook@gmail.com with a photo of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a replacement or a full refund.
